Product Manager

Join Pumpfiat as a Senior Product Manager and shape the future of compliant, high-performance outreach tools. You’ll own the roadmap, prioritize features, and deliver products that empower growth teams while upholding the highest standards of data ethics.

About the Role

You’ll lead product strategy for key areas like data segmentation, deliverability tools, client dashboards, and compliance features. Working closely with engineering, design, customer success, and leadership, you’ll turn customer insights and market needs into a clear, impactful roadmap.

This is a remote-first role with a preference for candidates able to overlap with Asia-Pacific time zones (Hong Kong hub).

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap for data tools, segmentation, dashboards, and compliance features.
• Gather and prioritize requirements from customers, sales, customer success, and internal stakeholders.
• Write clear, detailed PRDs and user stories; collaborate with engineering on execution.
• Drive product launches — coordinating go-to-market with marketing, sales, and customer success.
• Analyze product usage data and customer feedback to measure success and identify improvements.
• Balance speed, compliance, and innovation in a regulated data environment.
• Stay ahead of trends in growth marketing, data privacy, and deliverability.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or data products.
• Proven track record of shipping impactful features and driving adoption/growth metrics.
• Strong technical aptitude — comfortable discussing APIs, data pipelines, and compliance constraints.
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and customer success.
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools and defining success metrics.
• Excellent communication — you can articulate vision, strategy, and trade-offs clearly.
• Passion for ethical data use and building products that balance growth with responsibility.

Nice to Have

• Experience in marketing technology, email deliverability, or data privacy products.
• Background working in regulated environments (GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM).
• Familiarity with growth tools, dashboards, or segmentation platforms.
• Experience in fast-paced startups or scaling products from early to growth stage.
